This yummy Jello shot recipe could not be any easier or tastier! They are made with strawberry flavored gelatin and whipped cream vodka for the perfect combination of fruity and creamy. When topped with whipped cream and a fresh strawberry slice, they are super cute. Fun treat for any type of party (especially summer parties) and for anybody that loves a good fruity jello shot.

Don't let how easy these Jello shots are to make fool you. Despite this being a simple Jello shot recipe, they are packed full of delicious flavor. By combining the strawberry Jello with whipped cream vodka, you get an irresistible shot.
They are especially good and fun when topped with whipped cream and fresh strawberries. These bright red shots are great for any party, hot summer days, pool parties, and beach vacations. Also great for the holiday season due to their bright red color and white top!
Strawberry Jello Shots Ingredients

✽ Boiling Water: To ensure there are no clumps in the final product, boiling hot water is added to the gelatin powder. Sometimes I try to avoid using water in Jello shots since it can water them down a bit. However, these Jello shots have so much flavor that using a cup of water is perfectly fine!
✽ Strawberry Gelatin Packet (Powder): This strawberry Jello is pretty good on its own so adding booze to it just makes it even better. By using a pre-flavored gelatin powder (rather than unflavored gelatin), you'll end up with super tasty shots that are very easy to make.
For this recipe, I used Jell-O Strawberry (3 oz box of Jello). If you are feeling creative, try a different Jello flavor for this recipe. Pretty much any fruity Jello is going to taste great with whipped cream vodka, and you'll end up with Jello shots of all different colors!
✽ Whipped Cream Vodka: Whipped cream vodka is one of my favorite flavored vodkas. It adds a nice creamy and vanilla flavor to the shots that is so delicious.
Some of my favorite brands include Smirnoff Whipped Cream Vodka, Pinnacle Whipped Cream Vodka, UV Whipped Vodka, and Veil Whipped Cream Vodka.
✽ Whipped Cream: Adding a little whipped cream (or Cool Whip) on top of these strawberry shots is just icing on the cake. It adds a bit of freshness to the shots and makes them even creamier and tastier.
✽ Strawberry Slices: I love adding a fancy garnish to the top of the Jello shots. Fresh fruit on top tastes so good! Plus, the strawberry slice on top of the whipped cream makes these shots super fun and cute.
How to Make Strawberry Jello Shots with Whipped Cream Vodka
➊ Add 1 cup of boiling water to 3 ounces of strawberry gelatin powder in a medium mixing bowl or large measuring cup. Stir for about 2 minutes until all the gelatin dissolves.
➋ Next step is to mix in 1 cup of whipped cream vodka. Stir well.
➌ Pour mixture into 2 ounce plastic shot glasses or plastic containers. You should get about 10 shots. I like to set all the plastic cups on a small baking sheet or cookie sheet so that it is easier to move them. Place the shots in the fridge for 3-4 hours or until set.
➍ Right before serving, top each shot with whipped cream and a strawberry slice. Cheers!
Strawberry Whipped Cream Vodka Jello Shot Recipe: Questions
✽ What can I substitute for whipped cream vodka?
Whipped cream vodka is what makes these strawberry Jello shots taste great. Of course, you can substitute the whipped cream vodka with regular vodka but then you'd be missing out on that great creamy vanilla flavor so I don't recommend it for this recipe.
If you can't find whipped cream vodka, plain vanilla vodka and cake vodka are good substitutes in this shot recipe.
✽ Can I put more alcohol in these jello shots?
I do not recommend adding more than a cup of vodka. When you change how much alcohol you add, you run the risk of the jello shots not setting properly.

Ingredients
• 1 cup water, boiling

• 1 cup whipped cream vodka
• Whipped cream, for topping
• 10 strawberry slices, for topping
Instructions
