These strawberry jello shots could not be any easier or tastier! They are made with strawberry flavored gelatin and whipped cream vodka for the perfect combination of fruity and creamy. When topped with whipped cream and a fresh strawberry slice, they are super cute. Great for any type of party and for anybody that loves a good fruity jello shot.
• 1 cup water, boiling
• 3 ounces strawberry gelatin powder
• 1 cup whipped cream vodka
• Whipped cream, for topping
• 10 strawberry slices, for topping
➊ Add 1 cup of boiling water to 3 ounces of strawberry gelatin powder in a medium mixing bowl. Stir for about 2 minutes until all the powder has dissolved.
➋ Stir in whipped cream vodka.
➌ Pour gelatin mixture into 10 plastic 2-ounce jello shot cups. Place in the fridge for about 3-4 hours or until the shots have set.
➍ Right before serving, top each shot with whipped cream and a strawberry slice.
