If you were a fan of Tiger's Blood snow cones as a child then you will love these alcoholic Tiger's Blood shots. They are filled with all the traditional Tigers Blood flavors- watermelon, strawberry, and coconut. Great shot recipe for your next party to beat the summer heat!
Tiger's Blood Flavor Nostalgia
My favorite flavor of snow cone growing up was Tiger's Blood. I just couldn't get enough of that super sweet bright red concoction.
The flavor of Tiger's Blood is actually watermelon, strawberry, and coconut. These shots also have all that same fruity deliciousness and tasty on a hot summer day.
While original Tiger's Blood is going to be deep red in color, these shots are clear. I didn't really feel the need in adding in red food coloring, but if you want your Tiger's Blood red, then simply put a drop of red food coloring in the cocktail shaker!

β½ Watermelon Vodka: This flavored vodka is so good and the best vodka to have on hand during the summer months.
Ciroc Vodka Summer Watermelon, Veil Watermelon Vodka, Smirnoff Watermelon, and Absolut Watermelon are all good brands.
β½ Strawberry Vodka: This vodka has great strawberry flavor and is great for making strawberry cocktails! When combined with the watermelon flavor is so fruity and so good! You could also use a strawberry liqueur if you can't find strawberry vodka.
Good brands include Veil Strawberry Vodka and Smirnoff Strawberry Vodka.
β½ Coconut Rum: The added coconut flavoring tastes really good with the fruity vodkas.
My go-to coconut rums are Malibu Coconut Rum, Largo Bay Coconut Rum, and Bacardi Coco Rum.
β½ Fresh Strawberries: To complete the shot glasses, garnish with a slice of strawberry. Eating a fresh strawberry slice after taking the shot as a chaser is very tasty. You could also garnish with other fresh fruit such as watermelon chunk.
How to Make Tiger's Blood Shots
β This shot is super easy to make. All the liquors are added in equal parts. In a cocktail shaker, combine 0.5 ounces watermelon vodka, 0.5 ounces strawberry vodka, and 0.5 ounces coconut rum. Add in a couple ice cubes, and shake for about 10 seconds until chilled.
If you want your Tiger's Blood shots to be bright red like the snow cone, then put in 1 or 2 drops of red food coloring into the cocktail shaker as well.
β Strain the shot into a shot glass. Use a paring knife to cut a slit into a strawberry slice and garnish the shot glass with the strawberry. Cheers!
