These fun shots are a must for anybody that loves the Ninja Turtles! The bright green shots are topped with colored alcohol to match each of the Ninja Turtle's eye mask. The shots taste fruity and are so delicious. They are sure to be a big hit at any party!
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Inspired Shots
Nothing quite says 'fun' like alcoholic shots that resemble each of the Ninja Turtles! Ninja Turtle shots are bright green just like the turtles. Each green shot is then topped with a different colored liquor to represent Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, and Michelangelo.
As for taste, these shots are very fruity and beachy with pineapple, coconut, and melon flavors. They are the perfect boozy treat for anybody that loves the Ninja Turtles and fruity shots.
Remember these Ninja Turtle shots next time you are throwing a 80s- and 90s-themed party, Halloween party, or pool party. They would also be perfect for celebrating the new release of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie coming out! Plus, they are so simple and quick to whip up!
Ninja Turtle Shot: Ingredients

✽ Melon Liqueur: Melon liqueur is going to give these shots their bright green color. It will also bring in delicious honeydew melon flavors and sweetness. The most popular melon liqueur brands are Midori Melon Liquor and Mr Stacks Sweet Melon.
✽ Pineapple Juice: The yellow pineapple juice combines with the green melon liqueur to make a bright lime green color that resembles the Ninja Turtles perfectly! Plus, the pineapple tastes so good with the coconut and melon flavors.
✽ Coconut Rum: The coconut rum is the right specific gravity so it will float on top of the melon liqueur and pineapple juice. When colored, the coconut rum floating on top will represent each individual Ninja Turtle. The coconut rum will also make your taste buds so happy. Some good brands include Malibu Coconut Rum, Bacardi Coco Rum, and Blue Chair Bay Coconut Rum.
✽ Food Coloring: In order to make these shots Ninja Turtle themed, you will need a drop of blue, red, orange, and purple food coloring.
How to Make Ninja Turtle Shots
➊ In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 ounces melon liqueur and 2 ounces pineapple juice with a few ice cubes. Shake until chilled, about 10 seconds.
➋ Strain mix evenly into four shot glasses.
➌ In the cocktail shaker, shake 1/2 ounce coconut rum with 1 drop red food coloring. Slowly pour colored coconut rum on the back of a bar spoon onto one of the green shots so that it floats on top.
➍ Repeat this process with blue food coloring, purple food coloring, and orange food coloring so you end up with four different colored shots. Cheers!

Ingredients
• 2 oz melon liqueur
• 2 oz pineapple juice
• 2 oz coconut rum, divided
• 1 drop red food coloring
• 1 drop blue food coloring
• 1 drop purple food coloring
• 1 drop orange food coloring
Instructions
➊ In a cocktail shaker, combine melon liqueur and pineapple juice with a few ice cubes. Strain evenly into four shot glasses.
➋ In the cocktail shaker, shake together 1/2 oz coconut rum with red food coloring. Slowly pour the colored coconut rum over the back of a bar spoon onto one of the green shots so that it floats on top. Repeat this process with the remaining coconut rum and the blue, purple, and orange food colorings so that you end up with four differently colored shots. Cheers!
