Fall Beer (Pumpkin Beer Cocktail)

This boozy drink is the fall version of summer beer. It's made with pumpkin ale, vodka, and apple cider- a delicious and fall-flavored combination! This beer cocktail is perfect for any fall occasion, Halloween festivities, Friendsgiving, and Thanksgiving.

Strong, Pumpkin-y, and Spiced

Okay, have any of you had summer beer before?! It's this lovely combination of lemonade concentrate, vodka, and a light beer.

The lemonade covers the taste of vodka and beer so you end up with this strong fizzy cocktail that's the best thing for those hot days during the summer. It's a fan favorite at any college party and an absolute must for 4th of July.

This recipe puts a fall twist on summer beer. Instead of lemonade, use apple cider. Instead of a regular beer, use a pumpkin ale. Of course, our friend, vodka, is still going to show up to the party as themselves. Mix it all together and you get a bubbly fall-flavored cocktail. The combination of apple cider with the pumpkin beer is so tasty and perfect for any beer lover!

This fall beer was a part of my Halloween trivia night and 31 Days of Halloween and was so great to sip on while beating my husband at some good ol' trivia. Okay, okay.. fine, he always wins at trivia..

✽ Apple Cider: You're going to want the fresh apple cider for the best flavor! You could also make your own apple cider following my homemade apple cider recipe.

✽ Pumpkin Ale: Adds in that delicious pumpkin flavor- any brand will do! Just pick up your favorite pumpkin beer at the grocery store. There's so many seasonal beers to choose from these days.

✽ Vodka: No need to splurge for the fancy vodka for this recipe. The cheap stuff will do the trick just as well.

How to Make Fall Beer Cocktail

➊ This recipe is so quick and easy to make! To make fall beer, all you need to do is mix everything together. In a large pitcher or measuring cup, combine 24 ounces (3 cups) apple cider and 8 ounces (1 cup) of vodka. Give a good stir then add in 48 ounces (6 cups) of pumpkin-flavored beer. Stir, and enjoy! Cheers!

✽ Halloween Snack Board; Fall beer just calls for Halloween snacks. A whole board full of 'em! We had both during our Halloween trivia night, and it was an absolute blast.

Ingredients

• 24 ounces (3 cups) apple cider
• 8 ounces (1 cup) vodka
• 48 ounces (6 cups) pumpkin beer

Instructions

➊ In a large pitcher, stir together apple cider and vodka. Then add in pumpkin beer, and stir. Cheers!
