These watermelon vodka Jello shots taste just like a watermelon Jolly Rancher! They are made with watermelon juice and watermelon-flavored vodka for ultimate flavor! These Jello shots are perfect for summer parties!
• 1 packet unflavored gelatin powder
• 1 cup watermelon fruit juice drink, divided
• 1 cup watermelon vodka
• 10 watermelon gummy candy, for garnish
➊ In a medium mixing bowl or large measuring cup, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/4 cup watermelon fruit juice drink. Let sit 5 minutes.
➋ Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, bring 3/4 cup watermelon fruit juice drink to a boil. Whisk the boiling watermelon fruit juice into the unflavored gelatin. Continue whisking until all the gelatin has dissolved, about 3 minutes.
➌ Stir in watermelon vodka. Pour watermelon gelatin mixture into 10 2-ounce plastic shot glasses. Place in fridge for 3-4 hours, or until set.
➍ Before serving, cut a small slit into each watermelon gummy candy and place on the rim of each shot. Cheers!
