These strawberry lemon jello shots are packed full of so much tasty flavor. These shots are made with strawberry vodka, strawberry Jello, and fresh lemon juice for that wonderful strawberry lemonade taste. These strawberry shots are perfect for any time of the year but especially great for summertime!

• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 cup lemon juice
• 3 ounces strawberry gelatin powder
• 1 cup strawberry vodka
• Optional: 10 small strawberry slices, for garnish
• Optional: 10 small lemon wedges, for garnish

➊ In a small saucepan, bring water and lemon juice to a boil. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk boiling lemon water into the strawberry gelatin powder. Continue whisking for about 2 minutes until all the powder has dissolved.
➋ Whisk in strawberry vodka.
➌ Pour liquid Jello mixture into 10 2-ounce jello plastic containers or cups. Place in the fridge for about 3-4 hours or until the shots have set.
➍ Right before serving, garnish each shot with a small strawberry slice and/or lemon wedge, if desired. Cheers!
