Sidecar Jello Shots

If you love a good classic sidecar cocktail then you will also love these fun sidecar jello shots. The delicious shots are made with cognac, lemon jello, and triple sec and have all the same wonderful flavors of an actual sidecar. When given a sugar rim and garnished with a lemon, they are perfect for any type of party!

Ingredients

• 1 box (3 oz) lemon gelatin mix
• 1 cup water, boiling
• 3/4 cup cognac
• 1/4 cup orange liqueur
Sugar, for rim
• 10 small lemon wedges, for garnish

Instructions

➊ In a medium bowl or measuring cup, whisk boiling water into lemon gelatin until gelatin has dissolved, about 2 minutes.
➋ Whisk in cognac and orange liqueur.
➌ Pour gelatin mixture into 10 2-ounce plastic shot cups. Chill in fridge until set, 3-4 hours.
➍ Before serving, run a lemon wedge along the rims of the shot cups then dip rims into a pile of sugar. Garnish each shot with a lemon wedge. Cheers!
