Scooby Snack Shot

These lime green Scooby Snack Shots are fruity and tropical. There's multiple ways to make a classic Scooby snack shot, but this version is my favorite. These Scooby shots are made with coconut rum, melon liqueur, and pineapple juice. When topped with whipped cream, they are even better! These shots are perfect for adult Scooby-Doo themed parties, Scooby-doo movie nights, and Halloween parties.

Ingredients

• 1/2 ounce coconut rum
• 1/2 ounce melon liqueur
• 1/2 ounce pineapple juice, pulp-free
Whipped cream, for top
• Optional: graham cracker crumbs, for top

Instructions

➊ In a cocktail shaker, combine coconut rum, melon liqueur, and pineapple juice with a couple of ice cubes. Shake until chilled, about 10 seconds.
➋ Strain shot into a shot glass. Top with a dollop of whipped cream. If desired, sprinkle on a few graham cracker crumbs. Drink shot in one big gulp. Cheers!
