Red, White, and Blue Jello Shots are the perfect way to celebrate the Fourth of July! These shots explode with big cherry and berry flavors. The added whipped cream to the top makes these shots extra tasty! Great for those summer pool parties!

Ingredients

• 3 ounces cherry gelatin powder
• 2 cups boiling water, divided
• 2 cups berry vodka, divided
• 3 ounces berry blue gelatin powder
Whipped cream, for topping
• Optional: Red, white, and blue sprinkles, for topping

Instructions

➊ In a medium mixing bowl or large measuring cup, add 1 cup boiling water to cherry gelatin powder. Stir for about 2 minutes until all of the powder is dissolved. Stir in 1 cup berry vodka. Pour cherry gelatin mixture evenly into 20 2-ounce plastic shot cups. Each cup should be a little under halfway full. Place in fridge for about 2 hours or until set.
➋ After the cherry gelatin has set, begin making the blue layer in the same manner. In a bowl or measuring cup, add 1 cup boiling water to berry blue gelatin powder. Stir for about 2 minutes until all the powder is dissolved. Stir in 1 cup berry vodka. Pour berry blue gelatin mixture evenly on top of the red gelatin layer. Place back into fridge for about 2 hours or until set.
➌ Right before serving, top each shot with whipped cream. If desired, add a few red, white, and blue sprinkles on top of the whipped cream. Cheers!
