Pistachio Coconut Milkshake Cocktail

This Pistachio Coconut Milkshake Cocktail is so delicious, and it is the perfect drink to sip on for St. Patrick's Day... or, really any day of the year- especially a hot summer day. This green cocktail would also be a great Christmas treat. It takes on some tiki vibes with notes of cardamom and coconut alongside the pistachio flavor. Lastly, a splash of tequila is added to make this one tasty and boozy milkshake cocktail.

Ingredients

• 5 scoops pistachio almond ice cream, about 1 3/4 cups
• 1/4 cup cream of coconut
• 1/4 cup whole milk
• 2 Tablespoons pistachio instant pudding powder
• 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
• 1.5 ounces (3 tablespoons) silver tequila
• Garnish: whipped cream & crushed pistachios

Instructions

➊ In a blender, add ice cream, cream of coconut, milk, pistachio pudding powder, and cardamom. Blend until fully combined and smooth.
➋ Add in tequila, and blend for a couple more seconds.
➌ Pour into large glass, and top with whipped cream and crushed pistachios. Cheers!
