These pineapple tamarind shots are so tasty! They are filled with pineapple juice, pineapple vodka, and tamarind vodka. They are sweet, tangy, and little bit spicy- the perfect combination. The shot glass is given a chamoy and tajin rim which makes this shot even tastier and taste like Mexican candy. Great to serve at summer parties!

• 1/2 ounce pineapple vodka
• 1/2 ounce tamarind vodka
• 1/2 ounce pineapple juice
Chamoy, for rim
Tajin, for rim
Pineapple Piece, for garnish

➊ In a cocktail shaker, combine pineapple vodka, tamarind vodka, and pineapple juice. Add in a couple of ice cubes, and shake until chilled, about 10 seconds.
➋ If desired, dip the rim of the shot glass into Chamoy and then into a pile of Tajin until coated.
➌ Strain pineapple shot into prepared shot glass. Garnish with a piece of pineapple. Cheers!
