These Pineapple Hollywood Shots are full of delicious pineapple juice, sweet raspberry liqueur, and vodka. When the shot glass is garnished with a raspberry and/or pineapple wedge, these shots are ready to be served at a party!
• 1/2 ounce vodka
• 1/2 ounce raspberry liqueur
• 1/2 ounce pineapple juice
• Optional: 1 pineapple wedge and/or raspberry, for garnish
➊ In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, raspberry liqueur, and pineapple juice with some ice. Shake until chilled, about 10 seconds.
➋ Strain into a shot glass. Garnish with pineapple wedge and/or raspberry, if desired. Cheers!
