These pina colada shots are the perfect beachy shots! They have so much flavor and freshness- made with pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and spiced rum. Garnish with fresh pineapple and a cherry for really tasty and pretty shots that are great for summertime and warm days.
• 1 ounce spiced rum
• 1/2 ounce pineapple juice
• 1/4 ounce cream of coconut
• Optional: maraschino cherry and/or pineapple wedge, for garnish
➊ In a cocktail shaker, combine spiced rum, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut with a few ice cubes. Shake until chilled, about 10 seconds.
➋ Strain into a shot glass. Garnish with maraschino cherry and/or small pineapple wedge, if desired. Cheers!
