If you love parties and pickle juice then you are going to love these pickle juice jello shots! These shots are filled with so much delicious pickle flavor and, of course, liquor. They are boozy, sour, and so good especially when served with Tajin and a pickle slice. These jello shots are perfect for any type of party!

Ingredients

• 1 cup dill pickle juice, divided
• 1 packet (~2 1/2 teaspoons) unflavored gelatin
• 1 cup vodka
Tajin, for rim
• 10 pickle slices, garnish

Instructions

➊ In a medium bowl, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/4 cup pickle juice. Let sit 5 minutes.
➋ In a small saucepan, heat remaining 3/4 cup pickle juice over medium heat. As soon as it begins to boil, remove from heat and whisk into set gelatin. Continue whisking until gelatin is dissolved, about 1-2 minutes.
➌ Whisk in vodka.
➍ Pour gelatin mixture into 10 plastic shot cups. Chill in fridge for 3-4 hours, or until set.
➎ Right before serving, run a pickle slice along the rims of the shot glasses then dip each shot into a small pile of Tajin to coat the rim. Garnish each shot with a pickle slice. Cheers!
