Ingredients

• 3/4 cup water, divided
• 2 envelopes (~2 Tablespoons) unflavored gelatin powder
• 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
• 1/4 cup + 1 Tablespoon brown sugar, divided
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon butter extract
• 1/2 cup bourbon
• 1/2 cup vodka
• 1/4 cup pecans, ground
Whipped cream + pecan halves, for topping

Instructions

➊ In a medium bowl, sprinkle unflavored gelatin powder on top of 1/4 cup of water. Set aside.
➋ In a small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup water, dark corn syrup, 1/4 cup brown sugar, vanilla, and butter extract. Place over medium-high heat just until boiling, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

➍ Pour mixture into 2-ounce Jello shot cups. Chill in fridge for 4 hours or until set.
➎ In a small bowl, combine ground pecans and 1 tablespoon brown sugar. Top each shot with spoonful of the brown sugar pecan mixture.
➏ Top each shot with whipped cream and one pecan half.
