This deep purple cocktail gives off all the myserious and spooky vibes. I was inspired by Morticia Addams from The Addams Family when I made this rum cocktail. It is beautiful, dark, and lovely. Since it's made with blue curacao and two red ingredients, cranberry juice and grenadine, it turns out to be the perfect purple Halloween cocktail.
• 2 ounces silver rum
• 1 1/2 ounces cranberry juice
• 3/4 ounce blue curacao
• 1/2 ounce grenadine
• 1/4 ounce lime juice
• Purple sugar, for rim
➊ In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients except the purple sugar. Add a couple of ice cubes, and shake for about 10 seconds until chilled.
➋ Run a lime wedge along the rim of the cocktail glass. Twirl the glass in a pile of purple sugar.
➌ Strain into the prepared cocktail glass. Cheers!
