Hot Chocolate Jello Shots

These Jello shots have all of those great hot chocolate flavors plus some booze! Made with evaporated milk, unflavored gelatin, chocolate liqueur, whipped cream vodka, cocoa, and sugar, they are sure to taste just as good as the real deal! These chocolate shots would be great to take to a holiday or Christmas party!

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups (12 ounces) evaporated milk, divided
• 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder
• 3 Tablespoons sugar
• 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup chocolate liqueur
• 1/2 cup whipped cream vodka
Mini marshmallows, whipped cream, and/or grated chocolate, for garnish

Instructions

➊ In a medium bowl, sprinkle unflavored gelatin powder on top of 1/2 cup of evaporated milk. Set aside.
➋ Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, whisk together 1 cup evaporated milk, sugar, and cocoa powder. Place over medium-low heat, whisking frequently, just until mixture begins to simmer.
➌ Whisk warm chocolate milk mixture into the gelatin + milk mixture until the gelatin is dissolved and there are no clumps.
➍ Whisk in vanilla extract, chocolate liqueur, and whipped cream vodka.
➎ Pour mixture into 2-ounce plastic shot cups, and chill in fridge for 3-4 hours or until set.
➏ Top with mini marshmallows, whipped cream, and/or grated chocolate.
