Prep Time: 5 minutes | Total Time: 5 minutes
Yield: 1 mocktail

This grapefruit mocktail recipe is full of tang and flavor. All the flavors work so well together and combine to make a perfectly balanced non-alcoholic drink. This pink mocktail is especially great for Valentine's Day, hot summer days, and brunch.

• 2 strawberries, sliced
• 2 mint leaves
• 1/2 teaspoon sugar
• 1/3 ounce (2 teaspoons) lime juice
• 3 ounces (6 tablespoons) grapefruit juice
• 2 splashes club soda
• Optional: strawberry slice and/or mint leaf, for garnish

➊ In a cocktail shaker, muddle strawberry slices, mint leaves, sugar, and lime juice.
➋ Add grapefruit juice and a couple of ice cubes. Shake until chilled, about 10 seconds.
➌ Strain into cocktail glass, and top with club soda. Garnish with strawberry or mint leaf, if desired. Cheers!
