These jello shots are perfect for anybody that loves gin! They are made with unflavored gelatin, gin, and tonic so they taste just like the actual classic gin and tonic. When garnished with a small lime wedge they are so cute and perfect for any party!

Ingredients

• 1 packet unflavored gelatin powder
• 1 cup tonic water, divided
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 cup gin
• 10 small lime wedges, for garnish

Instructions

➊ In a medium mixing bowl or large measuring cup, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/4 cup tonic water. Let sit 5 minutes.
➋ Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, bring 3/4 cup tonic water, lime juice, and sugar to a boil. Whisk the boiling tonic water mixture into the unflavored gelatin. Continue whisking until all the gelatin has dissolved, about 2-3 minutes.
➌ Stir in gin. Pour gin and tonic mixture into 10 2-ounce plastic shot glasses. Place in fridge for about 4 hours, or until set.
➍ Before serving, garnish each jello shot with a small lime wedge. Cheers!
