This sweet popcorn is so addicting! Freshly popped corn is coated with a mixture of chocolate and peanut butter and made perfect with the addition of sea salt. Chocolate peanut butter popcorn makes for the perfect snack!

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
• 1 1/2 cups (8 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
Sea salt, to taste

Instructions

➊ Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper. In a large saucepan (that has a lid), add oil and 2 popcorn kernels. Place pan over medium heat until both kernels pop. Remove from heat (keep burner on), add in the rest of the kernels, and let sit off-heat for one minute. Place pan back over medium heat, loosely cover with lid, and cook until all kernels have popped, shaking pan occasionally. Remove from heat, and pour popcorn onto lined baking sheet. Discard any un-popped kernels.
➋ In a medium microwave-safe glass bowl, melt chocolate and peanut butter in the microwave on high power in 20-second increments, stirring well in-between each increment until fully melted. Drizzle the melted mixture over the cooked popcorn and stir to coat.
➌ Sprinkle sea salt over popcorn, and let chill in the fridge for 30 minutes or until hardened.
