Boozy Italian Cream Soda

A boozy and creamy Italian cream soda! This cocktail is made with a simple homemade vanilla simple syrup, heavy cream, whipped cream vodka, and topped with club soda. This bubbly sweet drink is perfect for those hot summer days. I also love it during the Halloween season due to it's ghost-like appearance!


For the Vanilla Simple Syrup:

• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 Tablespoon vanilla extract

For the Cocktail:

• 2 ounces whipped cream vodka
• 1 ounce vanilla simple syrup
• 12 ounces club soda
• 1 ounce heavy cream


Make the Simple Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water. Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat just until all the sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat, and stir in vanilla extract. Let cool for 15 minutes.
Make the Cocktail: In a large cocktail glass with ice, add whipped cream vodka and vanilla simple syrup. Pour in club soda, and give it a stir. Lastly, stir in heavy cream.
