Dried strawberries make for the perfect all natural snack. They are sweet, slightly chewy, and pretty addicting. These dried strawberry slices are made in the air fryer and super easy to make. All you need is fresh strawberries and a little bit of time to eat a very delicious sweet treat.

Ingredients

• 1 pound strawberries

Instructions

➊ Cut the tops off the strawberries. Cut each strawberry into thin slices, about 1/8" to 1/4" thick.
➋ Place strawberry slices on the air fryer tray in a single layer without them touching. *You may need to air fry in multiple batches depending on how big your air fryer is and how many strawberries you are making.*
➌ Dehydrate strawberries in air fryer at 130°F for 2 hours. *If your air fryer doesn't go that low, you can air fry at 180-200°F. Read the Questions section above for more details.*
Flip strawberry slices over, and continue to dehydrate for 30 minutes to 1 1/2 hours more until fully dehydrated, checking every 10-15 minutes to ensure they are not burning.
*The time range is so wide because every air fryer is different, and the baking time also depends on the exact thickness of the slices. Some slices may finish drying before others. In this case, remove the fully dried slices when checking, and return the other slices to the air fryer until they are fully dried.*
