This veggie tray is super adorable, looks just like Mike Wazowski from Monsters Inc, easy to put together, and tasty. This monster veggie tray is perfect for a Monsters Inc themed party, a Disney Monsters Inc movie night, or for a Halloween party. It's so much fun, healthy, and a huge hit with everybody!
Amounts will vary based on platter size. I used a 13" platter.
• 8 leaves of lettuce
• 3-4 heads of broccoli, cut into florets & stems removed
• 2-3 florets of cauliflower, broken into small pieces
• 8 ounces veggie dip
• 2.25 ounces sliced black olives
• 1 slice of green bell pepper
➊ Lay the lettuce leaves on the platter so that the entire bottom of the platter is covered.
➋ Now place your bowl of veggie dip towards the top of the platter. *For my 13" platter, I used a 5" bowl for the eye.*
➌ Arrange the broccoli around the bowl of dip so the entire platter is covered except for an area which will be the mouth.
➍ Arrange the cauliflower in the space for the mouth so they look like top and bottom teeth.
➎ Take sliced olives and place them in a pile in center of the veggie dip and inside the mouth (in-between the cauliflower teeth).
➏ Place two small green bell pepper slices at the top of the monster for his horns.
➐ Serve this extra veggies in bowls alongside the veggie tray!
