If you are a fan of cinnamon candy and cinnamon whiskey then these Jello shots are just for you! Made with cinnamon imperials and booze, they pack all of that delicious cinnamon flavor in one shot! These would be perfect for a Christmas party!
• 1 1/2 cups water, divided
• 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder
• 1/2 cup cinnamon imperials, plus more for topping
• 1 cup cinnamon whiskey
• Optional: whipped cream, for topping
➊ In a medium bowl, sprinkle unflavored gelatin powder on top of 1/2 cup of room temperature water. Set aside.
➋ Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, add 1 cup water and cinnamon imperials. Stir over medium heat until the candies are completely melted.
➌ Whisk hot cinnamon water mixture into the gelatin + water mixture until the gelatin is dissolved and there are no clumps.
➍ Whisk in cinnamon whiskey.
➎ Pour mixture into 2-ounce plastic shot cups, and chill in fridge for 3-4 hours or until set.
➏ Top with whipped cream and crushed cinnamon imperials right before serving, if desired.
