These butterbeer Jello shots are perfect for anybody that loves cream soda, butterscotch, and Harry Potter! The butterbeer shots are made with cream soda, butterscotch schnapps, and vanilla vodka for maximum flavor. When topped with whipped cream, these shots are perfect for any party!

Ingredients

• 1 packet unflavored gelatin powder
• 1 cup cream soda, divided
• 1 teaspoon butter extract
• 1/2 cup butterscotch schnapps
• 1/2 cup vanilla vodka
Whipped cream, for topping

Instructions

➊ In a medium mixing bowl or large measuring cup, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/4 cup cream soda. Let sit 5 minutes.
➋ Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, bring remaining 3/4 cup cream soda to a boil. Remove from heat, and stir in butter extract. Whisk the hot soda into the unflavored gelatin. Continue whisking until all the gelatin has dissolved, about 2-3 minutes.
➌ Stir in butterscotch schnapps and vanilla vodka. Pour gelatin mixture into 10 2-ounce plastic shot glasses. Place in fridge for about 4 hours, or until set.
➍ Before serving, top each shot with whipped cream. Cheers!
